Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Purpose
This contract is intended exclusively for the purpose of booking stays at bed-and-breakfasts.
Our guests will receive the warmest welcome. The owner is committed to personally welcoming guests and providing all the care and attention needed to make their stay enjoyable and help them explore the region.
Article 2 – Length of Stay
The customer signing this fixed-term contract may under no circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises.
Article 3 – Reservation
The reservation becomes effective once the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total price per night per room reserved. Prices include all charges. This deposit may be paid by bank transfer directly via the website.
Article 4 – Cancellation by the Customer
Any cancellation must be notified by email to the owner at the following address: contact@maisonlesgreniers.com
4-A – Cancellation before the start of the stay
- If the cancellation is made more than 10 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded to the customer.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is retained by the owner.
4-B – If the guest does not arrive by 8:00 PM on the scheduled start date of the stay.
This contract shall be deemed null and void, and the owner may dispose of the guest rooms as they see fit. The deposit shall be retained by the owner, who reserves the right to claim the balance of the accommodation fee.
4-C – In the event of a shortened stay, the owner is entitled to retain the full amount corresponding to the cost of the accommodation.
Any unused additional services will be refunded.
Article 5 – Cancellation by the Owner
If the owner cancels the stay prior to its start date, the owner must notify the guest by certified mail or by email with a read receipt.
Without prejudice to any claims for compensation for damages that may have been incurred, the guest will be immediately reimbursed for any amounts paid.
Article 6 – Check-in
Guests must arrive on the specified date starting at 4:00 p.m. In the event of a late or delayed arrival, guests must notify the owner.
Article 7 – Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. A 15-minute window before or after this time frame is permitted, upon the guest’s request.
Article 8 – Payment of the Balance
The balance for the stay, food and beverages, and additional services must be paid to the owner upon the guests’ departure. Payment may be made in cash, with vacation vouchers, by check, or by credit card using contactless payment.
Article 9 – Visitor’s Tax
The visitor’s tax is a local tax that the guest must pay to the property owner, who then remits it to the government.
Article 10 – Use of the Premises
The guest must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. No meals may be eaten in the rooms; a microwave and a refrigerator are available in the dining room. The guest agrees to leave the rooms in good condition and must report any damage for which they may be responsible and cover the cost of repairs.
The entire house is a smoke-free zone.
Article 11 – Capacity
This contract is drawn up for a specific number of people, namely a maximum of 15 people. If the number of guests exceeds this limit, the owner reserves the right to refuse additional guests.
Such a refusal shall in no way be considered a modification or breach of the contract on the part of the owner; therefore, if the number of guests who check out exceeds the number of those refused, no refund shall be granted.

Pets are welcome in certain rooms; please refer to the special pet policy.
